Inaccurate Information, Errors and Omissions

Some information on PatioFurnitureCovers.com's Website may contain typographical errors or other inaccuracies, or may be incomplete or not current. Unfortunately, such inaccurate information may relate directly to the price of a product, the description of a product or its availability. We reserve the right to correct all such mistakes at any time without notice, even after an order was placed based on inaccurate information. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or misunderstanding such errors might cause you.

Use of Materials

This site is owned and operated by Protective Covers, Inc. (PCI) No material from any PCI Web site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, reprinted or distributed in any way without the expressed written permission of Protective Covers, Inc. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of Protective Covers, Inc's copyright and other proprietary rights and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the item to us within 30 days. We ask that returned products be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. A receipt must accompany all returns. Exchanges for items costing more than the original order will be subject to price difference and freight charges.

Warranty Return Procedure

You must first call us before returning any product. All requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues, must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. We suggest you send all items back to us in a traceable form, whether it's by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer's responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement. Orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.
