3 Year Manufacturer’s Prorated Warranty

PCI warrants, to the original consumer purchaser, this new product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the purchase date.

Should this product be found to be defective due to material or workmanship within the specified warranty period, the manufacturer shall repair or replace the cover at the manufacturer’s option. Simply return the cover to PCI with a copy of your sales receipt, e-mail address and your daytime phone number, and a PCI customer service representative will quickly contact you upon receipt and inspection of your cover.

If the cover is defective and is not repairable, the cover will be replaced within the first six months.

The sales receipt establishes both the purchase date and the retail price which will be used to calculate the prorated replacement cost. No returns can be made without a copy of the original sales receipt.

Caution: Damage caused by high winds will not be covered by this warranty! This warranty is not transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear, weathering or damage caused by improper use. The warranty is also voided if the purchaser modifies the cover in any way.

This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

Domus Teak Patio Furniture

Warranty

Residential use:

Domus Designs teak furniture products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of five years. Upholstery products such as cushions carry a guarantee of one year from the date of delivery.

Commercial use:

Teak furniture products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for three years. Upholstery products carry a guarantee of six months from the date of delivery.

Domus Designs will replace or repair such items that become unserviceable due to defects in material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, weathering, loss or damage due to transport of the goods.

Solaire Infrared Grills Limited Warranty

Duration Of Warranty:

Rasmussen Iron Works, Inc. warrants all grill components to the original purchaser to be free of factory defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This does not apply if the unit was subject to other than normal household use.
 
Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser covers the structural integrity of the exterior and interior body parts and stainless steel grilling grids. Should structural deterioration occur to the degree of non-performance, a replacement will be furnished F.O.B. Whittier, California. This does not apply if the unit was subject to other than normal household use, nor does it include changes in finish appearance.
 
Lifetime warranty to the original purchaser covers the main grill burners (except rotisserie burner). This does not apply if the burners were subject to other than normal household use, exposed to moisture, abused or misused. Failure to perform the after use burn-off period may result in clogged parts, which is not covered by the warranty.
 
Two years warranty to the original purchaser covers the electronic ignition system, excluding batteries.

Rasmussen Will Cover:

All repair and labor for 90 days and replacement parts for one year from date of original purchase, for parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. Authorized Factory Agent must provide Service during normal working hours. No charge will be made for repairs or replacement at the factory for parts returned pre-paid, through the dealer and claimed within the warranty period, and found by Rasmussen to be defective.

Rasmussen Will Not Cover:

  • Installation or start-up
  • Normal adjustment to burners, gas regulators, etc.
  • Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, hostile environment, improper installation, or installation not in accordance with local codes.
  • Cleaning of igniters and/or general maintenance.
  • Shipping damage.
  • Service by an unauthorized agency.
  • Damage or repairs due to service by an unauthorized agency.
  • The use of unauthorized parts.
  • Overtime, weekends, holidays.
  • Improper installation, such as: no regulator, improper hook-up, etc.
  • Service visits to:
    • Correct the installation. (You are responsible for providing electrical wiring, gas installation and other connecting facilities.)
    • Repairs due to other than normal use.
    • Supply the user with operational assistance on site.

Replacement will not be F.O.B. Rasmussen Iron Works, Inc., Whittier, California. Rasmussen will not be liable for any transportation costs, labor costs, or export duties. This warranty shall not apply, nor can we assume responsibility for damage that might result from failure to follow manufacturers instructions or local codes, where the appliance has been tampered with or altered in any way or which, in our judgement, has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or accident. Implied warranty shall not extend beyond the duration of this written warranty. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and all other obligations or liability, in connection with the sale of the appliance.

How To Obtain Service:

For service, contact your Solaire Infrared Grilling Systems dealer. Provide him with the Model #, Serial #, gas type and date of installation, and a brief description of the problem.

FIM Limited Warranty

FIM Manufacturing Inc. warrants to the consumer that this product is free from manufacturer defects in material or workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of original purchase when used in compliance with directions as outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions, which includes reasonable and necessary maintenance by the consumer.

Failure to follow the given assembly, maintenance and care instructions may void your product warranty.

In case of manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, FIM Manufacturing Inc. agrees to, at their discretion, repair, remedy or replace any defective umbrella or awning part without charge for the first two (2) years of the warranty period.
For the subsequent three (3) years, FIM will supply replacement parts free of charge to the customer, as determined necessary by our customer service.

To be covered under this warranty, claims and repairs must be made by/to the authorized FIM dealer most convenient to the consumer, or directly to FIM Manufacturing Inc. by calling 1-888-551-5221.

As the consumer, you assume all cost incurred in shipping your unit to a repair location specified by FIM Manufacturing. The repaired unit/parts will be returned to the consumer freight prepaid.

Any implied warranty is limited in duration to the five (5) years provided in this, the only, expressed warranty.

Exclusions:

No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty does not cover any damage due to improper installation, adverse weather conditions, wind, misuse, neglect, lack of reasonable maintenance, or the use of any unauthorized attachments. Any damage caused by external force or factors (e.g. broken umbrella ribs, punctures, abrasions or burn holes in the fabric, etc.) is explicitly excluded from warranty coverage. Warranty is void if unit is subjected to unauthorized service by anyone other than a FIM dealer or FIM Manufacturing Inc. themselves. Authorization may be obtained by calling the toll-free number below.
For umbrellas used in commercial/contract applications the warranty period is one (1) year from installation date.
